Hello everyone from Japan!

Yes, I've moved to Japan on March 23rd and have been working here since April! I'm an English teacher at a junior high and two elementary schools in a rural city. Now a rural city, to me, is a city where there are not a lot of convenient stores, malls, latest gadgets and stuff. You'd have to go to another town that's thousands of miles away to get a lot of things, right? Here...it's different xD; and I thought I wouldn't be able to find loads of stuff my friends would find in Tokyo xDDD

Sorry for being very quiet here. I have been going here and there trying to adjust the lifestyle and work environment. I don't know how to say this but ... I have never seen a single Japanese teacher sleeping during working hours (if you don't work, you're "very lazy," even if you stop working for 5-min break)...until yesterday!!!!! We were the only ones in the staff room while the rest were teaching. He secretly took a 5-min nap like a ninja XDDDDDDDD <333333333 I love my students!! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand I found two students who are HARDCORE HETALIA FANS!!! Even though you don't see them carrying Hetalia manga around in the hallways/classroom, I found Hetalia keychains attached to their pencil cases xDD I gotta tell you guys more about that, as well as the Ninomiya-look-a-like student, and it's a girl!! (^^)

I went to Tokyo (and Tokyo Disneyland) with my best best buddy,

, during Golden Week and during that time I met Omega 2-D at Hetalia Only event. Will tell more later on that!!!!!!

I'm getting the hang of Japan. It's pretty cool!! Although I have to sacrifice passing by the sewage system on some days. It ... stinks ... I have been wondering what they've been eating lately...

If you're wondering, I will be here for at least 2 years~. Not sure where my life will lead me but with God's help I will follow the yellow brick road and see where that lead me to (^^)
